Taking morning after pill

Just a question,
My girlfriend an I recently had sex and the condom burst.
This happened a month ago too so she took the morning after pill and she had her period. However it happened again in her current cycle on approx day 19.
Will the morning after pill be as effective this time as the last and will there be any different side effects seeing as it is less then a month ago since last taking the pill

She can take it again, and it will be just as effective.

The PLAN B has more hormones than regular BC pills do, so she might actually do better by getting on regular birth control.
