Taking nabumetone 500mg daily for arthritis

Hi, yesterday I saw part of a news story on TV about people who take nabumetone for a year or more that they are at greater risk of bone-density loss and have more bone fractures. I am the one of those who is taking nabumetone 500 mg daily for treatment of arthritis. After sawing that news, I started to concern about my bones. Should I be worried?

Nabumetone is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that helps relieve pain and inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Before you take this medicine, you should tell your health care provider about any other medicines you are taking, serious damage of your health or f you are a frequent user of drinks with caffeine or alcohol.
