Hi, how can tall people find out what are the best exercises for their work out. Is it stretching? Or should they perform also other exercises?

Hi, if you want to maintain your height through ages you need to keep exercising regularly. It is well known there is some loss of height over time. Regular stretching increases flexibility, so you will be able to move your joints even when you grow old. Stretching should be done in the cool down period of your workout. It is crucial to keep your back strong. Stretching the abs and lower back muscles will alleviate back pain. By working out you provide these muscles to stay strong, and you will feel no pain. So, keep working on your back muscles to make them stronger and prevent back pain.
