Please, can anyone tell me how to eliminate the stress from my life? It was so easy before to go to the gym and release all the negative energy through the weight lifting and sweating. But as the problems became more serious, the gym stopped supplying me with so much needed stress elimination. What can I do now?

I suppose that what you actually need is a bit of free time, which you could use for yourself. The problem with the gym is that it is also something that will bore you after some time and will not give you enough satisfaction. I know that it is hard for you to reorganize your life so that you have fewer obligations, but you have to try to do something like that. Otherwise, the stress will only pile up and that cannot bring anything good.

Hi Rogers,

What are your passions? Do you have any hobbies? If you do, try and engage in those more frequently. Try and socialise more with friends - that is always good to de-stress.

Have you tried other forms of exercise to change the gym up a bit? What about running outdoors? Yoga or swimming? They are all great forms of exercise. Meditation is also good for stress release and so easy to do with minimal cost.

Wishing you all the best.
