This afternoon I have heard many people are sad. I was asking what happened and they told me Terri Schiavo died this afternoon. I could not found out more then she was in a hospital for a long time and now she died. I would like to know what happened to her, is she some famous woman. Why I have feeling that minds are spitted about her death?

Terri Schiavo was the brain-damaged woman at the center of a political schism and a family feud that has captivated America for weeks. She died after almost 14 days without nutrition or liquid. She was 41 years old when she died. Schiavo's condition began when a chemical imbalance set off by bulimia caused her heart to fail. That happened in February 1990, triggering what doctors said was a severe and irreparable brain damage. The Schindlers had fought a desperate and unsuccessful legal battle to reinsert the feeding tube. That was something, which had kept their daughter alive for 15 years, and which was removed following a court order March 18. Many people wanted her to live and some did not. In Rome head of the Vatican's office for sainthood, called the removal of Schiavo's feeding tube an attack against God.
