Terrible Burning in tip of eurethra

I am having problem with penis since last year,i have tried several treatmens and creams and also change doctor.my penis is getting dark red colour and got very sensitive even i feel burning experience with pain.

Like most of the post here, yes, this is quite incredible pain. As to a fault of mine, me and my GF have slept with eachother faithfully for one year. We were out of condoms, so we tried the spermicide foam. MY GOD, what a horrible idea. After penetrating for about 30 seconds, I felt the burn. Didn't know why I did not stop, I just wanted to get the orgasm and worry later. I then went to the bathroom to piss and what pain that was. I immediately thought I had an STD. I drove home and kept it quiet from my GF until i did further research. This site is a savior. I can't believe how many others had the same problem.

As of right now, it has been about 20 hrs and the pain is still there. I have been drinking plenty of water to try flushing it out. Dipping my penis in water does not help with the pain. That hurts like hell. It only hurts initially and then it's okay. I feel it in the tip of my penis while just walking or hangin around the house and I'm praying that it stops soon.

Should I continue to flush by drinking plenty, or wait for it to heal and hold my urine as much as possible?

OMG!!! I had intercourse with my girldfriend last night with these ultra thin condoms and have experienced the worst pain in my life. It has been less than 24 hours and i am so scared to pee again. I urinated the 1st time after having sex like normal and damn near passes out. I stood over the toilet for about 30 minutes while what felt like acid dripped out of my penis. After this, I got in the shower hoping to dilute the pain with warm water. I am still feeling the exact same excruciating pain. I bought the AZO this morning and have only urinated once since then and still almost died. But now my urine was orange. I also soaked my penis prior to taking the AZO in the bath tub and tried to pour as much water in as possible. I have not felt a pain less that a 10 yet!!! i am starting to get a little depressed here. After another 24 hours im either going to the dr or killing my self (jk). But i really cant take this. Pray for me or give me more ideas PLEASE!!!

Good lord. I guess we are all victims. My story is similar. I was nearing ejaculation when I started to feel the burning sensation on the tip of my penis. I then went to pee, and screamed like hell. I tried the water bottle technique, and it seems to help. Has anyone experienced long(er) term effects from this? like a week or so? I'd like to know.

Whoever invented AZO desves a Nobel Peace Prize. I had the same experience as everyone else, except my girlfriend was using a contraceptive gel with a diaphragm. The pain while urinating immediately after sex was a 10. I took the AZO and had to pee an hour later. I was really scared that it hadn't taken effect yet. I went into the bathroom, put the towel in my mouth, bit down, and went. To my surprise, a nearly painless piss: a 2/3 with a bit of burning at the end. Also, your pee turns an awesome orange.

Fellas, I have a cure for you. I read this somewhere else last night, which is when it happened to me. I too used a spermicide condom for the first time and experienced the pain you all have experienced. All you have to do is go into the shower or whatever, take your fingers and spread your dick hole open(sounds bad i know) and just continue to pour water into it. It will hurt at first, but keep doing it until the burning from the water stops and when the pain from touching your shaft stops too. I did this last night and within the hour I was peeing pain free. So for all you who experienced 24 hours of that I am sorry to hear that. Hope that helps.

Yeah there's definitely something wrong with that Trojan ultra thin spermicidal condom....i just used it the other night and it feels like my c*** is on fire every time i go to the bathroom....someone should send Trojan a link for this string of occurrences because it's too common to be a coincidence... i feel like i'm becoming more and more afraid to use the bathroom now, its been about 24 hours now and i've just tried some of the solutions you guys mentioned so hopefully the pain will subside eventually....but that condom definitely needs to be pulled from the shelves

guys - thanks for all of your posts. I'm experiencing the exact same pain as you guys have listed. what's weird is that I felt the burn while the condom was on (Trojan, ultra thin with spermicide), but was fine after and even pissed once. But now, a few hours later, there is an excruciating pain when I try and urinate. Will try the water treatments you guys listed above.
