Hi, I am 23 years old guy and I have terrible nightmares. The less horrible is the one where my room is full of bugs and some strange creatures that are going to get me.
This sounds truly horrid. What you are describing is well within the definition of nightmares. But, I think that nightmares don’t describe any kind of mental illness. Of course go and see a doctor to check you. Oh and another thing. You may determine a cause to these nightmares. Start writing all down in a notebook. Maybe you will be able to figure something up.
