Ok, i am 16 years old.. and 3 days ago i started feeling pain in the right testi.. and kinda in the lower abdoman.. well i checked my testicals very well and found no trace of bumps or lumps.. so i dont think its cancer.. hopefully... but if anyone has experienced this before and could possibly hel[p me.. id like that. one more thing id like to add,... sometimes the pain goes to the left testi.. and they feel swallon sometimes... the pain comes and goes.. mainly goes,.. but every now and then for like 10 min it achs..
PS I HAVE Never had any sexual intercorce or anything like that before.
Although you have never had an intercourse, you can still get a infection from bacteria from gastrointestinal tract. Bacteria can get in through urethra and travel all the way to the testicles causing inflammation.
Have you checked for any bumps in the groin area? It could be inguinal hernia that appears when a part of a small intestine protrudes to the abdominal walls and you can feel this down to your groins and testicles.
Since you have the pain in the testicles and the swelling as well as pain in he lower abdomen, it would be best if you confided to your parents.
Bacterial infections could be easily treated but if they stay untreated, they could progress to the bladder, prostate and kidneys and you may suffer from additional troubles that may become chronic!
