I don’t think it is anything urgent, you may wait for your doctor’s appointment.
I can’t say what you have been tested previously, maybe they did only Chlamydia and gonorrhea culture or had urinalysis done as well to check for the levels of white blood cells. If the levels of white blood cells are elevated, it would mean some kind of an infection, inflammation under the foreskin of the penis, etc
If you had bacterial infection you would have noticed it, believe me. You would end up with fever, severe burning, dribbling and the alike symptoms.
If the enlargement was only that day, it could be just something transient but if it persisted for a few days, then your doc will asses it, two or three days don’t mean a lot.
The testicular swelling could be caused by cysts, varicocele, or tumors. It is important though to have it checked. |
