Testical hangs lower than other

Is it normal for a testical to hang a 1/2 inch lower than the other one?

In most cases, it is considered normal. One testicle is almost always bigger than the other and it is nothing to worry about. the same thing in women, one breast is usually slightly bigger than the other. So, the enlarged size is causing it to hang lower than the other one.

There is although, no substitute for a doctor's opinion, so I would advise you to go to your doctor or urologist if you are still concerned.
