I feel some pain on my rigth testical, it also feels like extra mass on top of the testical. When i touch the extra mass i feel a strong pain. Can anyone tell what tis it?

It sounds like a spermatocele to me. Although it is said that every enlargement of the testicle is far more dangerous than the shrinkage, spermatoceles are not that dangerous.
Before I tell you a story of spermatocele, I would like to advise you to have that mass and discomfort checked at the urologist’s office.
Spermatocele represents a cyst in the epididymis (a tube that lies above the testicle) that is filled with sperm. You can feel this cyst as a firm lump on top of the testicle. It can cause pain and swelling, even redness but not neceserilly.
An urologist will determine if this is a spermatocele (and not something more dangerous) with pointing light at the direction of your testicle.
According to the symptoms, you will get appropriate treatment.
