Few days ago I have noticed some skin irritation on my testicles and lower part of penis. With time things only get worse. That skin irritation transformed to a small and around ulcerations. You can imagine how painful this is. These ulcerations sometimes bleed and produce some mucous waste.
I have slept with one girl two weeks before I got this skin changes on my penis and scrotum and I’m suspecting that she could had some sexually transmitted disease.
I don’t know how to describe what I am going through right now.
I haven’t told this to anyone and I pray to god I don’t have Aids or something similar to it. Please tell me I’m wrong!

Well I can tell you that you are completely wrong about one thing.
You probably don’t have Aids because, in spike of the way of its transmitting, changes are not usually located in testicles and penis. Aids is a immunodeficiency syndrome and that’s why there are no symptoms for Aids, but only for its complications like fever or cold, who in this case can take a man’s life.
Considering your symptoms, I think you maybe got syphilis.
Syphilis is one of the most severe sexually transmitted diseases. It is often localized on testicles like several small around ulcerations called ulcus durum. This is very serious disease and it has three characteristic stadiums of development. Last stadium causes changes in central nervous system and skin and it is called – gums stadium.
You must contact your doctor immediately while your disease are still in that first faze. Early treatment can reduce your symptoms and cure you for about a month, but with every minute spent on waiting, chances are smaller and smaller.

AIDS is impossible to get in under a week.
AIDS is the final stage of an HIV infection. HIV can show no oblivious signs. You may auctually have HIV, but in some people it remains dormant (inactive). Also, you cannot get tested for it yet. The way they detect the HIV infection is when your body makes HIV antibodies (anti infection cell type things). Your body could take 1 month to 5 months to make anti bodies. Also HIV could remain dormant your whole life, and you would not know ever that you even had it. My best advise is to practice abstinence for 2 or 3 months and go get tested somewhere.

Hey Man, those are called Chancere sores. You most likely have syphillis, you need to go get test.

Yes, the symptoms of syphillis has 3 stages. The sores will appear for a time, then go away.

Syphillis is treated with antibiotics, in the earlier stages. If not treated, it's symptoms will dissappear, but it will still be attacking your body. After about 25-30 years, it is in the last stage, and can destroy your nervous system, cause blindness, cardio disease, joint pain, etc etc. Unlike the earlier poster said, It is STILL CURABLE , But damage done is done, and to treat it, calls for an intensive treatment with Iv antibiotics. left untreated, it can kill you. So get it taken care of now. Also, you need to tell anyone you have had unprotected sex with, as they will have been exposed also, and need to be treated

Dudes WEAR CONDOMS !!!!! you dont want to be messing around with all this stuff going around.
