Hi, I am 25 year old male.
I must admit that I have suffered from this problem few months ago when I had some wet dreams. But I forgot about it until now!
For the last few weeks I get a sore pain in my testicle area and penis the very next day after having sex, or to be more precise-after ejaculation.
I don’t know what could be the cause but it is clear that it is somehow connected with my ejaculation.
What should I do? Should I wait a few more days or should I seek for medical help right now?

Hmm… All you have is to think again about it and take all possible causes in concern.
You said that it is connected with your ejaculation, well that is saying a lot.
It can be some condition connected with prostate because prostate is most active in ejaculation period. Possible condition can be prostatitis, bacterial or viral infection of prostate that can be easily treated with antibiotics.
Also, the cause could be some testicle cyst. When male ejaculates the skin on scrotum contracts and cause pressure on cyst inside of it.
These cysts are only surgically treated and after an operation you will have no problems with it.
And, there is one more possible cause. That is testicle cancer. Cancer can cause testicle soreness and the most smartest thing to do right now is to contact your doctor as soon as possible.
Discovered in early stadium, cancer react very good on radio-therapy!
