I am 55 yrs. old I have a disconfort on my right testical, I can feel a small vessel on the top of it which is very sincative, also the disconfort is on my groin and my inside of my right leg. When I'm lying down or sitting still I'm OK, Walking or moving causes disconfort, it's not a sevier pain but very diconfortable.This disconfort is about a week old.
I'm going to visit my Doctor towmorrow.

Visiting a doctor is the right thing to do. S/he may perform a testicular ultrasound to check for collections of fluid and abnormalities of the blood vessels that might have formed. The small vessel you felt could be just an epididymis that is a tube situated at the back of each testis. It serves to store sperm. Most sudden pains are related to the inflammation of the epididymis. However, it could be many other things.
