Hey guys.
I am only 16 and I was having some discomfort in my left testicle. I was worried about all sorts of stuff. But, I eventually went to the doctor and he felt around and asked some questions. I am sexually active and am pretty damn sure I dont have any STDs. So, what he told me was that I could have strained a spermatic chord or something like that. I couldnt remember doing anything active... but he told me to heat it and stretch it. (Leg stretches, pelvic stretches) Anything to stretch my balls. So I did and now I have been fine. So, he said it was either Epidymis thing.... or just a strain. So heat and stretching made my discomfort go away. Give that a shot. If notin, then you should tell your doctor... you should tell your doctor anyways.
Need anyquestions, just ask. |

| I was just curious as to how long it took for you to get back to normal. Also, it may sound a little weird but what did you do/use to heat the area and which exercises did you use to stretch? I only ask because I am currently living in another country and it's kind of difficult to get complete explanations here. I was just told that I was ok and wasn't suffering from any of the serious things you would think of (ie torsion, cancer, etc), but I wasn't given any real suggestions as to what the problem could be. Any information could be helpful. Thanks. |
