For the past couple years I have been ignoring the fact that I have a Large growth on my left testicle and also hundreds of pimple like bumps all over my scrotum. Some can be popped others cannot. Some are very small while others are very big. I'm really scared as to what this might be. Does anyone know what this is??? Sad

The growth sounds like varicocele
