Testicle Problem Varicole/cancer??

Hello. I am a 25 year old male and have been having some issues with my testicles. When I was 18 I discovered some lumps in my testicle sack. I was very afraid. However the lumps were not attached to my testicles. I started feeling a fullness/dragging feeling and they were very tender to the touch. I had just had a full physical a month ago so I didn't do anything about it.

Well here I am 7 years later and I still have this issue that comes and goes. When I have these episodes my sack feels very full and tender and I can see many veins in my sack. When they aren't swollen I notice some tender veins that feel like worms on the back of my left testicle. I can see a blue/green bump portruding out. My right testicle also has this mass above it. Neither mass is hard or growing directly on the testicle.

I really want to get this checked out because it causes discomfort when it swells up. I haven't had an episode like this in about 2 years. I think if it were Cancer I would be really sick by this time and it would have grown. The issues has been the same and has come and gone. I am pretty sure this is a Varicole(sp) As it affects both testicles and I read that it is possible to affect both.

Please give me your thoughts. When it swells up I go into a panic and think the worst.

yes i have this two im ounly 16 i have told my mum and dad but all they say is that it will go but ive had it ages now my girlfriend says i should get a doctor to take a look but i am hoping it will just go thanks mate hope it aint nothing serious
