Testicle and Lower Abdominal pain

THis morning after i woke up and went to school by bus i felt a discomfort in my left testicle.
I was doing heavy abdominal exercise the day befoere and had a muscle ache.
My testicles now feel slightly uncomfortable, is this serious?
Or just an effect due to too much adbominal exercise?

If the discomfort started after heavy exercising, then it must be some kind of muscle strain or injury. I don’t think that this is anything serious and I reckon it will pass in a few days. If you are in a lot of pain, take some pain killers and if the area feels tender, try applying some ice on it.
Make sure you have rapped the ice in a clot and not put the ice directly to the skin as it may damage it. There is some evidence that fresh cherry juice helps with muscle soreness and healing because it has many antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
It is quite possible that you haven’t warmed up properly and managed to injure some muscles. Avoid exercising until the discomfort is gone but if it gets worse, see a doctor.
