| I am a 23 year old male that is very worried. For the past few months after having involvement with a girl but not having intercourse (and she was tested and clean of STD etc.), I began having slight pain and discomfort in my testicles and inside my penis, and the urge to urinate often. After a month the pain and urges had died down for the most part, but still every now and then would act up. Recently they have came back, and all the pains are back, but I have no symptoms of any infections, and everything looks and feels normal besides the pain and discomfort in my testicles, mainly the left. Upon sittin I sometimes have anal pain or discomfort, which may be due to the testicle pain, but not really sure. I am a frequent masterbater, but not sure if that would have anything to do with it. At one point I thought it might be a type of UTI from an herbal life vitamen I was using, because it was also around the time I doubled the amount taken, things starting happening. If anyone has any insite on this, please help! |

Hello! As far as I know, herbs can’t make you develop UTI as it is a bacterial inflammation. As far as I know, herbs are used to prevent or event treat early stages of UTI’s. Even if it were only vitamins in your product, they could have only made you pee more often and change the color of your urine but definitely not cause any infections as this is bacteria’s job. Maybe this herbal life helped you get rid of the symptoms for the time being. Do you think that’s possible?
Masturbation shouldn’t have aggravated or caused your condition either, because I know that people who suffer from prostatis inflammations are like advised to masturbate, so that they could get rid of the bacteria’s presence from prostate. Knowing this, I reckon masturbation could have done only good to you.
Your symptoms do remind of an bacterial infection, I just can’t say what could be infected: your testicles, epididymis, or prostate! But I am sure a doc can, so I would suggest you saw an urologist because bacterial infection in the urinary tract could progress and even cause infertility. |

I think over masterbating doesn't help. Read up on "sexual exhuastion/excessive masterbation". This could be more harmful. I masterbate a lot too. I have testicle pain and adominal pain. Too much masterbation to me doesn't help. It only aggrevates your body. Its like you are overworking those parts of the body (testicles, epiditymia, etc) ... my adommen hurts.... I'd chill from doing that for a while dude!
