Testicle itch & lump

I am 30yrs old and i am experiencing itchiness at the skin of my testicles, sometimes when i was asleep i could scratch till the skin peels. after mths dead skin appears. Now my left testicle feels hurt, i tried to touch, it feels like it was enlarge but harden on one side of the left testicle compared to the right testicle. HELP!
