Testicle pain & lump, darkened urine and yellow clear se

I'm 36 years old, white male, and noticed some pain in my right testicle this week for the first time. It sometimes bothers me when I sit down and feels slightly like I was kicked in the groin. I have noticed dark yellow urine, but could be due to drinking coffee and being dehydrated(?). Also noticed when I last ejaculated that it was clearer than usual and yellow colored.

The lump is located toward the back and lower portion of my right testicle and sensitive to touch. Feels hard to me, not squishy. Seems to be the size of small marble. I have no pain when urinating. Noticed a heavy semen smelling body odor this morning when doing a self exam.

Concerend if it may be cancer, but from reading other posts it could be just an infection with epididymitis or nothing at all.

I wound up being diagnosed with epididymitis, a small infection treatable with antibiotics. Doctor prescribed me cipro for 10 days and the lump should go away in about 6 weeks. Already seems to be getting smaller after 4 days.
