Testicle rises when I breath

Ive been expereincing pain in my lower back and testicles, lately ive noticed that my right testicle is rising when I inhale what could be the cause of this its never done it before and its rather annoying the pain is almost all gone but my testicle is still doing it.

Is it possible the Illopsas muscle is causing this testicle rise?

Ive had the same problem.. only I had it when i was a kid (around 10 yrs old) im not sure if i still have it.. but alls I know is I heard that there is a small minor surgery u get to fix that if age doesnt
