Testicle swelling and sometimes painful

My left testicle frequently swells and is sometimes painful. But because it is not always like this, I have not sought medical advice. Because I am overseas I do not want to go to a doctor unless I have to, so I want to know if this is something I should get checked out or not

Well, I reckon that you should......It could be some kind of an inflammation or even hernia....all depending on where exactly it would swell and what it looked like.

Above my Left Testicle frequently swells It Feels like a lot of fluid and sometimes is painful, I have Attended hospital in November 07 & told d nurse i received testicular trauma when i was 17 coz i usta do a bit of wrestling so D nurse took my blood & sent me home because i told her the pain comes & goes & is bearable.My blood was ok didnt hav cancer anyways Smile

but its at me again the left 1 is alot bigger than the right. would ye recommend me insisting on my GP sending me for an UltraSound /or ultra violet scan, ?
