I am 15 years old and my testicles randomly start to hurt.

I am concerned it may be a seroius problem. It usually goes away but it can be up to 4 hours of constant pain. I cant walk normally.

If anyone can tell me whats going on i would be very grateful.

I dont have any lumps or diseases. It looks normal.

is there any swelling or abdominal pain associated? sometimes young adults can have hernias and swelling and pain in testicles, especially if you have been straining your core/abdominal muscles.

there are many causes of testicle pain...for your age it might be a vericocele...possible hernia...have u seen a doctor about it??? if not, nag the crap out of them till u start geting answers!!!
