Yeah, I have a problem. A few days ago, my testicles began hurting slightly (on and off, only a small ache), and I knew it was probably not torsion (although I did have that a few years ago, and that was real pain). I went to the hospital, and lo and behold, they said that it wasn't torsion, or anything serious. It would go away in a few days.

However, the pain still comes back every now and then.

Also, I have slight pain in my anus as of this moment (maybe I just need the bathroom), but at any rate, I was very concerned.

Also, I have scratches/scars on my glans. What could this mean?

Am I sterile? Am I dying? Will "it" fall off?

None of the last three qustions are likely to happen but unfortunately without seeing, feeling and testing, it is impossible to say. Have you seen an urologist or went to emergency or a GP.

I can't understand how come they didn't explain what they thought it could be. The pain could be caused by many things, some transient some not. Have you had urinalyses done? Although any infection around testicles would hurt a lot, I would still have it checked. Other causes of pain include hernia (one testicle would swell and likely hurt), nerve entrapment, etc

It is impossible to sy without examining. If it doesn't stop, see a doc again-another one if possible and demand explanation.

I have almost the exact same thing going on. For me though, the pain has pretty much subsided completely. Occasionally I'll feel it very slighty, but not much.

I went and had examinations done, and the doctor said as far as the physical aspects of things, I checked out fine. No cancer, no torsion, no hernia, ect.

He said it would either be a case of growing pains (which I though was weird but evidentally he says is possible) or it could be some kind of infection. Since it could've been an infection they had me take a urinalysis, and they said they'd contact me IF there was anything wrong, and it's been three days, soooooo......

He said to better my diet (because usually my diet is good, but over winter break it was absolute shit) and to ride it out another week. He said if it doesn't go away, to come back in and I'll get another examination and xrays.

He also asked if I was sexually active, but I said no, so he dismissed anything that could've been sexually related, though it could be on hella bad case of blue balls Razz
