My testicles hurt and the skin is purple sometimes but mostly red and feel like and look like they r getting smaller and i have a brown line running down the middle please reply and im 19 if that helps

It is not normal for your testicles to constantly hurt. Please make an appointment to see your doctor, as it is best to get it checked properly. Regards, John
