dear i have a problem with my testicles,one night while going to bed i fell pain my left testis,then i take pandol to relief pain,then in morning when i wake up i saw that the left testis is small in size,could u tell me why is this so.

Hello!
Are you using anabolic steroids? They are said cause testicles to shrink. In this case, testicles take months to return to their normal functioning after stopping with the steroids.
There are also some other possible causes like trauma to testicles, an infection, inflammation, strangulation, etc I heard that enlarged testicle is more dangerous then shrunken one but you should definitely have that checked. It could be a condition that can cause infertility. Don’t play with the stuff. |

| As u said that using anabolic steroids can shrink the testicles,but i m not using anything like that, but thanks for ur suggestion. |

Are you going through a stressful period? This has happened to me twice actually. The first time it happened, I went to an urologist to see what it is all about!
I explained my story to him and he told me that it happens that the scrotum tends to tighten up to keep the testicles close to the body for maximum protection when a person feels threatened. This happens to me when I get aroused as well. |
