I'm totally not sure how this happened. A week or so ago my testicles were fairly itchy so I scratched at them through my clothing. I must of done it a little harder then usual because after a few days I checked to see why the hell they were still itchy and realised there were some little cuts that were healing, and others that were raw. I thought I must have rubbed at them too hard.

For the last 4 days or so I've done my best to do scratch at all. I'd maybe press against them to relieve the itching if it got too bad. But its not going away and I still see the small sores. I've been thinking of maybe putting that red iodine stuff on them, but I thought I'd ask first. I'm extremely clean, shower every day, had no sexual encounters for quite a few months. Any help would be appreciated as I'm getting furstrated. I need to mention they arent itchy as in I'm going crazy constantly, just a slight constant in the background. Maybe frmo clothes pressed up against them or whatever.

Hey there,

This often happens a few days after you shaved your scrotum, when the pubic hair start to grow. Anyway, it could be a kind of yeast or fungal infection or hives. Did you have notice any rash or hives around your pubic area?

To single out possible STD, I just need to ask you - Did/when you had last sexual intercourse?

Let us know more so we could help you further!

I havent shaved in that area and I dont notice any rash. Last time I was with someone was about a year ago. I sometimes get little iches alot my lower legs and I'm starting to wonder if it might be mites or something. But why focus on just the lower outsides of the testicles, which are generally the best spot for a rash since they rub on the skin and not anywhere else on the boy.

I'm going to clean the room up tomorrow just to make sure, but I dont really know what could be the cause. I know I cant of scratched that hard. Theres a few small spots where it looks like it would have to scratched hard with nails to cause that sort of abrasion. Somethings made the skin a little upset. Some of them are clotting and healing, but theres a few others that have no business being there as I havent scratched at all for a few days.

I should also add the itching is only there if I'm wearing something. So its not like a mosquito bite type itching.
