Dear Advisor

I have promble with my Testicles about 5year. I always to see doctor and take madecine but it don't recover feel comfortable a short time. the doctor said it is a Testicles burning. I always do masterbation about 6year when I started to feel pain in my testicales my sperm became hard.... and I take the anti-biotic .... please advise me and It become cancer?
