Hi, a few months back I noticed a small, probably around a kidneybean sized, cyst within the tube connected to the top of my right testicle. It could just be the way the cyst is situated in the tube but it only feels connected on one end. I had seen a doctor but he just said it could be a water pocket of some sort. I would just like a second opinion because its feels like its slowly getting wider. I am 22 years old and I've read a few posts on this page with a similar situation. Some of the other cases stated that the cyst was soft but mine seems fairly solid. I have not experienced pain on a daily basis but when aggetated it seems to ache the right side of my groin. Hopefully you can address my problem and if needed I will contact my doctor for an ultrasound.
