I do remember that I got kicked in my testicles around 12 years ago. After that I didn't worry much about it. Now I'm married since 5 years. Whenever I touch my testicles, it pains like anything. I don't let my wife touch it, cause it pains. and sometimes pain is too big. I feel that there is a lump on my testicle. actually that is the main point of pain. What should i do?
