I remmeber at 14 teen i use to stop my ejaculation. I am 28 now and a lump that is attached to my left testical and the size of my testicals. It is soft and fell great when i ejaculate. I have been reading about cancer i have no other signs like Hard lumps, pain swelling or ejaculation problems but i am still very nerves...Should i be?

Cancer or not, if you have a lump the size of your testicle and it's NOT a testicle, get YOUR SELF to the doctor!
