Hey I have had this large lump in my right testical for about 3 months now and I'm not sure what to do.Im a little nervous to tell anyone bbecuase I dont want it getting to serious. The only thing is is that it comes and goes and I dont know if its cancer or a cist or what....someone please respond. I need your help please Crying or Very sad
