Testicular pain/Abdominal discomfort

I am a 35 year old male, 3weeks ago or (aprox 3 weeks) I began feeling pain in the left testis.

since then it has radiated to the right as well and up into the lower abdoman.
I was seen by the ER and another DOC for possiable Hernia.

It's a no on the Hernia and I was refered to a Urologyst.
I have not seen the Urologyst yet still wating for appt.

Just wondering if anyone had any ideas on what this might be.
