Hi, is there any test for determining presence of HPV in men? My girlfriend is infected, and I guess I am too, but I have no manifestation.

Hi, there is no test for HPV in men, it can be noticed only when it is manifested. So, you are lucky if your immunity is high enough and there is no manifestation. But, it can develop sometime in the future. In men, genital warts usually appear around the anus or on the penis, scrotum (testicles), they can be seen even on the groin or thighs. Some types of cancer are caused by HPV. But, as long as you are in generally good condition, there is no reason to worry about this. Even if you are infected there are many other men also infected, so don’t worry.
