| Okay, so just wondering, in cases of age difference such as six years, in order for the older on to be charged and sentenced with Statitory, there has to be proof, however how do they prove weather or not someone is a virgin? |

| I dont really think that you can...They could do a rape test and maybe check that way, but if the girl is under age, her parents can try to charge whoever...Ive known a couple whos parents done that...They are still together today but he has child molestation charges against him....I would suggest talking to a lawyer...Good Luck with your outcome.. |

| I would like to change my statement...Yes you can tell if you are still a virgin or not...I did some checking on this and was able to find out that you can...Good Luck!! |

| My niece is actually going through this situation right now with her b/f, hes 22 or so and was suppose to have been with a 14 year old sometime at the end of last summer, Hes just now going to jail for this, they can check for vaginal tearing that is caused by intercourse, they can also look at the hymen which is a thin layer of skin and make an educated guess as to if she has had intercourse, but this to could have been torn or streatched if she has used a tampon, and or masterbation could have caused it to tear or rip....They could also use a lie detector test or a voice stress test to see if one is lying in this case...Its really hard to say right now...How old are you and how old is she??? In some states 16 is the legal consinting age, however with her being under 18 her parents could still be involved as well and press charges....If I find out anymore information on this, then I can keep you posted but right now his outcome is pretty bad, and looks like a lot of jail time on his end..... |

| Ok, here are the legal consitening ages for your state 16 (f) 18 (m) this means that the females must be 16 and the males to be 18 in order to have legal intercourse without being punishble by law, if you are younger than the ages stated then it is not legal to have intercourse, so since you are 21 and had intercourse with someone who is 15 (16 being legal consitenting age) you could be arrested, tried in the court of law and sent to jail even if this agreed by both people it can still be statutory rape.....I would definetly hire a lawyer for this, since this will be on the sex offenders registry if convicted....Meaning you cannot be around children even if they are family, near parks, or schools, pretty much any where where children may go.....Or also live with in so many feet of these places...Im sorry that I couldnt get you any good news about this, If you had only waited till she turned 16...Let me know if you need anymore help with this, and Ill try to do the best that I can at finding out more information.....Wish you the best of luck |
