Hi, I would like to learn more about Acetyl-CoA theory of acne and how it can be treated with fibrates, usually used to control blood lipid level?

Hi, I also suffer from acne and I didn’t try these fibrates but I find green tea lotion to be very effective. I can recommend you to try it. My friend uses some product based on benzoilperoxid, but this stuff doesn’t work for me. Perhaps everybody needs to find what suits him best. I asked some cosmeticians about this acetyl-CoA theory of acne, and they say that they don’t believe it’s likely to be true. Acne can be result individually because of stress, impure skin, increased level of sexual hormones, or by sportsmen due to anabolic hormones, but mostly there are many factors contributing to their development.
