Hi. I will tell you some things about my self.
I'm 36 year old female and I like to read a lot.
Just recently some book called Diet Cure, written by Julia Ross, felt into my hands and I read few pages. It is about reducing weight and living healthy life.
All this was a great coincidence because I have some problems with overweight and I was wondering did anyone read this book.
It seams that it could really help me. So, I was wondering did anyone read the whole book and what are the impressions?
Thanks!

I have read the book I and wish I could share same impressions like you. I believe that this book is just another product of many, made by food industry for purpose of mislead people on the wrong side.
I admit that book teaches healthy living and understanding your body, but it makes something simple extremely complicated.
Reading a book I have came to some very strange conclusions like the one that maybe, my overweight problem can't be controlled by my self but only using the Diet Cure.
This is of course ridiculous. There are too many pages about psychology of weight loss and how chemically your body effects to changes but almost none on the ways you could get rid of those extra weights practically.
But, you should read a book and cam to your own conclusions!
