This program is really really good and its cheap.

I've honestly lost 200lbs in 15 mths on it.

Its completely run by doctors and very professional.

my daughter is actually trying that program and she has lost 55lbs.

I agree with their method of structured eating and moderate exercise. But does it work for older people well? I'm 55
