For all of you who are so overly concerned about premature ejaculation, let me clarify several things for you. "Pre-cum" as it is more commonly used DOES NOT contain sperm whatsoever. Pre-cum is a self lubricant to lubricate the urethra. It is made and formed by the Cowper's Glands, which are in the prostate. Sperm and ejaculate, are formed by the testes (NOTE: Two different body parts).
There are two ways in which premature ejaculation can contain sperm.
When a man ejaculates, roughly 98% of the ejaculate is expelled from the urethra, leaving about 2% behind. The next time you are aroused, and precum is evident, this sperm can and WILL flow into the precum, hence making your precum contain sperm. This can be solved by urinating before and after ejaculation.
Secondly, say you urinated after your last ejaculation and then have unprotected sex (no contraception). Depending on the intensity, duration, and level of arousal of the man, sperm from the testes can find it's way into your urethra, and eventually expelling itself from the urethra along with the pre-ejaculatory fluid.
The bottom line is, if you urinated before and after your last ejaculation, then insert unprotected penis into a vagina for 1 second to roughly a minute, there is ABSOLUTELY ZERO chance of pregnancy. Yet, as I stated above, that changes if you continue and have sex longer than that, allowing your testes to discharge some sperm into your urethra.
The long and short of it all is, USE A CONDOM. |
