I've been trying to get out of my depression for about 3 years now and nothing is working and am scared am going to do something i regret what should i do i tried almost everything counceling, pills, therapy everything any nothing is working can anybody help me or something please

i once heard a stat that every person that survived jumping off the golden gate bridge in san fran said that once they jumped off the realized all their problems could be solve so just hold to what makes u happy and hang in there

If you continue to have depression and thoughts of suicide, continue speaking with a counselor and get advice. If you didn't feel your first sessions were helpful, change counselors. But be sure to tell them up front why you are changing.
