My medical condition requires diet and exercising. After some consulting with my friends I decided to start with the Thrive Diet. I was surprised how easy that is. There was no fast food any more and the recipes were delicious. I have no questions, I just want to share this with you. I also want to learn about your own experiences. By the way, I lost weight and I am now able to start working out.

I just know what you are talking about. I thought that I was not ever able to eat raw food. But, I was. My wife accepted this diet too, so now I have company. Beside the weight loss, we are now feeling much better in every way. I think that we were like these 20 years ago, when we met each other for first time. This is really exceptional thing for life.
