| Hello, folks. My friend has recently talked about his friend that is vegan. I thought it was the same as vegetarian, but it seems that I am not right. I would like to know the difference between vegans and vegetarians. Can anyone help? I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance, guys. |

| Hi, there. Vegetarians do not eat meat, fish, poultry or any other product coming from the slaughterhouse. They live mostly on fruit, vegetables, grains, etc. They can use milk, milk products and eggs. Vegans do not use these last products. It is hard to become vegan at once. Vegetarianism is on half way to veganism. You should consult someone who is already a vegetarian. I hope this helps. Bye! |
