I apologize, because I think I already posted this question but in the wrong sub-forum. I keep hearing about the fat loss 4 idiots diet. I know someone who lost 6 lbs the first 11 days with it. I read this review about it: squidoo.com/fatloss4idiotsdiet
I know it's a very popular diet and that it works for a lot of people. How many of you have tried it?
