The frontal right side of my head is constantly swollen and numb. What can it be?

It's been 3 ys already, the doctors said it was "nothing", but pretty much everyday I get this weird, annoying sensation of pressure and numbness in an area including my right eye socket, right temple and frontal part of my head. It makes me pull out my hair to get some relieve; it's "itchy" and it also "burns".

I've tried a bunch of things, nothing cured my problem. What makes it better for a while is yoga, but I can't practice yoga 3 times a day, 7 days a week.
