Can you give me some info on the importance of the HPV tests? My sister has been diagnosed with a benign one and I have to say that she has been really frightened until the results shoed that she is ok. Can I take that test even though I have no health issues?

I don’t think you can because you would have to have some changes in the vaginal area, something like warts and condyloms. And I think you have seen from your sister’s case that it is much better not to have those problems. But, when the change does occur, it is very important to check the structure of the change, so that the doctors can react on time.
