The last twice after having sex my bf foreskin has swollen ?

This has never happened before, the last twice we have had sex his foreskin has swollen up within a couple of hours. he said its a little sore but not painful and last time it took around 2 days to go back to normal.There is no discharge just red & swollen. We have been together for 4 years and its only happened the last twice? we haven't done anything different than we would normally do, Would appreciated it if someone can help ?

Were just worried and my bf is too shy to go to the doctors.

it has happened again this time worse , after having sex with my bf his foreskin has swollen up around 4 x bigger than normal. we are not doing anything different than normal so why does it keep doing it when its never done it before in the past 4 years. there is no itching, discharge or anything like that he says its just bit sore
