I have been with the same man now for 9 months, we have only had sexual intercourse with eachother. Just recently, we had started having sex without a condom, I've been on the pill now for over a year. I also recently recieved my yearly pap test and my OBGYN told me that I had bacterial vaginosis. I have also been experiencing pimples on my pubic area. It first happened about half way through our relationship, and only two appeared. Now just one has appeared. What is the likelihood of contracting an STD? I know this may seem like a silly question, but I just tend to get myself worked up and worry when I shouldn't. I am being treated for the bacterial vaginosis with oral pills. Any idea as to what could have caused this? Before my current man, I had slept with 7 other men (at different times of course) but still within a year, since I got my first pap test. I have probably confused you, and I apologize. But if you know anything, please atleast let me know your opinion on it. Thank you.
