ok. this is a really retarded question. but ill answer it anyways.

in order to get a girl pregnant, you'll have to have unprotected sex and climax and release your sperm in her vagina. If its at the right time of ovulation, the sperm will "swim" to the egg and fertilize it.

if you dont know what sex is, then thats sad.
