Since Feb 1992 I have given cortizone shots for my wrists (carpal Tunnel), my knees (bi-lateral arthroscopis surgery, my let shoulder (torn ratotor cuff), my lower lumbar, my elbows for tendonitis, and my heels for pain. My question is if cortizone shots have side effects through the years.
